I’ve limited red meat to a few times a month. I was told one or two glasses of wine a week at most. I’ve been really conscious of what I eat and drink knowing that the healthier I eat the better my body will do:-). Next will be cutting tomatoes but that won’t happen until later in September as our garden is loaded and I need to feast on fresh salsa…
