You’ll want to do some research about supplemental plans, etc, based on your finances, medications, and so on.
I take Remicade without Mehotrexate because I’m allergic to it . The first time I took Remicade the Rhemotolgist gave me a dose of antihistamine just to be safe. No troubles. So since then I have continued with Remicade and half the salt water ( something like that) as full strength gave me migraines. I started Remicade every 8 weeks but shortly into that schedule I realized it wore off at the 6 week mark. So after a year of taking it the doctor and I talked about it and she got permission from my insurance to take it every 6 weeks. That’s working much better!
