All of my skin flares take a long time to heal. They appear/present very rapidly, and with little warning. Aside from the onset of increasing levels of fatigue and strange pupil dilation (which no one can figure out and IS NOT related to medications - I have pics of this strange pupil dilation phenomenon as well if interested) , skin symptoms are one of my first symptoms to present during the onset of my PsA & AS flares.
