Heat has been terrible! I live in northern MN and I can’t go outside for any length of time without swelling and pain. I do go out after 7 pm every night for some fresh air and to water my plants. My husband wants me to go fishing with him and I hate saying no, but I would rather have mild pain then a major flare if I can prevent it. Hope this helps a little.
Hi Michelle,
I spend most of my outside time close to sunset too, that is when I walk outside and also water the plants. Getting a bit concerned about the well though! There are corn fields that look like someone took a blow torch to them!
I do walk through the house and up and down stairs off and on all day to keep as limber as I can, it helps my SI joints, along with the exercises. Had an awful time standing up when I first got out of bed today, worse than usual, but that is all part of the game.
Wishing everyone a GOOD day!
SK
The heat has really been getting to me this week. When we were in NH, it felt so good because the temps never got above the mid-80's ... and now we're in a heatwave here in CT and the humidity is aweful. My body is not happy. My ac and I aren't on good terms either, so I really can't win with joint pain this week. Ugh.
