Diagnosed last year

I was diagnosed last year. I can not take any Biologic medication. I am dealing with the pain of the arthritis but I am having trouble with the Psoriasis portion. It's on my ear lobes and inside my ears, on my legs, arms. I am so itchy sometimes I draw blood from scratching. I feel like my skin is crawling.

Any suggestions on what I can do for this?

If you can not take appropriate medication (biologics aren't always necessary) Then I would ask for a referal to a physiatirst and see who has the closest hyperbaric chamber We only have the initial studies, but as most chambers are near major medical centers, they are generally willing to try. heres a study that explains it. there are others:
