Thanks for reviving this conversation and sharing your situation. It sounds like you are in one of those “troughs”, a low point which is painful and frustrating. Please don’t lose hope as there are new treatments available and science is quite involved in researching the whole problem of autoimmune issues. I’m glad that you have a good rheumatologist…that in itself is worth a lot!
