My Rheumy from Texas is usually pretty awesome (sometimes his staff are not so great, but the doc and his PA are both really terrific). They honestly care about their patients and spend as much time with them as the patient needs. The first visit I was literally in conversation with the doctor for almost 2 hours, as the whole PsA thing scared the bejeezus out of me. He and his PA have been incredibly responsive to my questions and needs. In fact, now I have moved to OKC, OK (about 700 miles away), and I am still traveling back to them for appointments - at least until I find a new doc "up North."
Which leads to my next question...anyone know of any good Rheumy docs in OKC? Or even Tulsa?
