Sorry to hear about your shoulder. From my experience there are some things it's hard to do one handed, even for a while. :-)
I hope you recover quickly. Right now it's probably a little depressing from your perspective, surgery is not easy even when essential. Buff up all your good memories of your old motorcycle trips and times with your friends and family and let them help you through these hard times.

Lamb, I wish you all the best with your surgery and I know your recovery will be painful, but you wont let that stop you from doing what you know is right
Also, I love the points you made. It really takes all types to make a group like this run and give it's members what they really need.
