There's a video you can watch on how to inject Enbrel. I went on Enbrel when my youngest was around 3.5 years old and she used to "help" me with the injection. Make sure the Enbrel isn't fresh out of the fridge (let it warm up a bit at room temperature), RELAX whatever part of your body your injecting into when you inject, and make sure you're well hydrated before injecting. It really isn't as big of a deal as we make it out to be in our heads before doing it the first time. :)
