Here is one reason for me to get out of bed in the AM and get a move on.
My North American Spotted Doo Doo is the very best physical therapy around. She, and her counterpart; the illusive Upper MI Chocolate Snicker Doodler, are both special need rescues and keep us laughing and on our toes around here.
Dog walks, brushing, feeding, etc. push me to move, stretch laugh and decrease the bouts of the "poor-poor-pitiful-meanies." Good medicine for sure.
I've an appointment w/a Rheum. that I saw years ago when I had insurance. Not sure how I am going to pay for this but I've the faith it will work itself out somehow.
