I’ve been really postive and upbeat for a while now. I have had more had more energy and get up and go since I cut gluten out of my diet. But everyday still hurts, and today it’s been on my mind. Even on my best days I hurt like heck.
I can’t make the pain go away.
I see my new rhumy the 16th of next month and hope to hear some better news, like it won’t feel like I’ve been a truck everyday.
I just want to be normal. I want to be healthy.
Okay, that’s aired out. I really appreciate that I do have more energy and that I’m functioning better. Even if it still hurts.
I can really gloss over what I am coping with sometimes, even to myself, and when I sober up it can take me a moment to catch my breath and face the music.
