# Question about meds and swelling in joints

I am currently on Mdx, 5mg of predisone and mellixican. Going to a new Rhumey in two and half weeks. I am not on new meds. Question is does the new meds help with swelling of the joints or am I going to have to continue getting fluid drained from joints?
