I downloaded Rheuma Track to help me track my symptoms. It is actually intended for RA, but it seems to capture the info that I need... has anyone found any other apps that are helpful?

I haven't used any apps for sympton tracking but it's a great idea. I use the memo function onmy phone to do this but and app would be great. Thanks for sharing this one. I will take a look.

I use the calendar on my laptop to record symptoms. Works for me 'cos I'm not going to lose it like I would a hard-copy plus I tend to forget it's there in between entries so it really only gets used when something is very much on my mind. Looking back to 2012 is one hell of an eye-opener when I start feeling sorry for myself ... things have really turned around!
