Is there no medicines out there where we all can take that do not suppress our immunity?

Desert island, no stress, cocktails served by Daniel Craig? I think that would soothe my fractious immune system no end.

Seriously, I have done some limited research on google and there doesn’t seem to much on offer apart from the usual drugs on offer. Some holistic options too but personally I don’t have much faith in them.

I do not have faith in holistic approach either. I just out this out there to see if anyone has seen or ready anything interesting.
