Hi John Mac,

i was on Enbrel for over a year and it stopped working for me. I was off biologics and living on DMARDs for a few months in a big flare before starting Humira. Because my disease was pretty uncontrolled when I started it it seemed like a slow burn to me and took several months before I saw much progress. While my health isn't perfect now, a year after starting Humira, I'm no longer depressed, fatigued beyond compare and my joints move freely. I still have some minor inflammation in a few small joints but it is bearable. I also exercise regularly, including running thirty minutes at least twice a week. This time last year I was just starting Humira and my doctor prescribed aqua therapy for me because I was so stiff and my hips were inflamed so badly that I could hardly walk.

So, I think that's a check mark in the positive change to Humira column!
