# Hyperbolic (ie emphasised ) for clarity

Worth noticing Prof Ayers says this regarding Starch -in the comments - some is ok, but he says the quanity needs to be no more than 50g at one meal for most people-any more inflammatory. My guess if you are reducing inflammation, part of the recovery needs to be to have even lower at each meal.
