Hot skin and flushing

I wake up with very hot skin. It isn’t red but it feels like it’s burning. I have to run the air conditioner to cool off. Sometimes during the day it happens as well. I really have to stay cool so warm or hot temperature is unbearable. I also get flushed very easily.

Could these symptoms be caused by inflammation? If so, what can I do about it?

Its not unusual with psoriasis, but its almost always hormone related (no matter the age) now I realize you are on medicare but I would start with your Gyno then your Rheumie for answers Not all gyno are bright enough to remember the hormone/psoriasis connection but it is clear in the research. The three most common reasons as this most often happens with women are Birth Control or later in life HRT (especially synthetic progesterone, not fully controlled psoriasis (we often forget psoriasis when we have PsA) or overuse of NSAIDS

Sometimes certain areas of my skin feel hot to touch or i feel flushed. It usually occurs where I have psoriasis. I get a shower or get under a fan.
