Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions. I started adding strength training 3 days a week to my cardio (also 3 days a week). I’m doing the standard strength stuff (curls, squats, etc.) and just wonder if there is anything particular that you guys have found which helps keep the muscles strong. I’m down 33lbs so far. I’m having great luck with the treadmill and finding it so much easier on the joints then walking the pavement. I have committed one hour a day, 6 days a week to exercise (for as long as my body can handle it!!). So far so good. Just looking for suggestions for anything that will help with my hips and sacroilliac joints.
