I’ve been chronically congested for a few months now. I was never allergic to anything in my life but am willing to entertain the idea that I have developed allergies. My husband has allergies and his Dr prescribed xyzal so I’ve been taking it for a little while and it hasent helped. I also tried benadryl for a long time with no help. The only thing that helps is decongestant.
I don’t know if this is related to constant inflammation in my body or not. Do any of you suffer from this or know what might be going on?
