I Am working with the JJ Virgin Diet book. She talks about food sensitivities and how to work with your diet to reintroduce them into your diet and test yourself to find out what you are eating that could be making you sick. She list all the other food alternatives you can eat and enjoy. I have found it helpful to change my eating habits and adjust to my "new normal."
My rhumy suggested Joel Fuhmans website and diet for weightloss and reduction of inflammation. I am looking into this at this time.
