If I take this will I have more energy?

My aunt has fibromialgia and got B12 injections and has had great success with this reducing her symptoms. She suggested I ask my doctor about this. I have an appointment at the end of the month.
If you are B-12 deficient it might help. If you are not you will need the energy to deal with heart palpatationss and the more likley diahrea. . . .
